Obituary of Donald E. LaMere

Donald E. LaMere, 75, of Malone, NY., passed away on May 12, 2021, in Syracuse, NY. Born in Malone, NY, November 21, 1945, he was the son of the late Edward and Mildred Soulia LaMere. He attended local schools. He was married to the former Anna Soulia. She predeceased him. Donald was a dairy farmer for many years. Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Donnie and Paula LaMere of Constable, NY; Roger LaMere and his companion, Samantha Tuper of St. Regis Falls, NY, and Chad and Becky LaMere of Owls Head, NY; seven grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Along with his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by two sons, Timothy LaMere and James Provost; five brothers, James, Anthony, William, Floyd and Larry LaMere and three sisters, Patricia Hart, Shirley Augusta and Jane Burgess. A Graveside Service and burial will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, in Chateaugay, NY.
