Marty A. Tuper, 56, of Fort Covington, NY, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, June 17, 2021, at C.V.P.H., in Plattsburgh, NY, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Malone, NY, January 26, 1965, he was the son of the late Clayton and Mary Lou Brady Tuper, Sr. He graduated from Salmon River Central School, in Fort Covington, NY.
For many years, Marty was employed by Gildan’s T-Shirt Factory in Malone, NY. Presently, he was a service attendant at Twin Leaf in Fort Covington, NY.
He was a member of the Men’s North Country Pool League and enjoyed riding his four-wheeler.
On May 13, 1991, he was united in marriage to the former Kay Nichols, in Fort Covington, NY. She survives.
Along with his wife, Kay, he is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Francis and Anne Tuper of Westville, NY; one sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Clarence “Dave” Krasselt of Chateaugay, NY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Terry Tuper and Clayton “Pee Wee” Tuper, Jr.
Calling hours will be Wednesday June 23, 2021, from 2-4 p.m. at the Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home, in Fort Covington, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Billy Bond officiating.
Donations may be made in his memory to his wife, Kay, to help with funeral expenses.
