Earl K. Slyman, 69, of Malone, NY, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021, at U.V.M. Medical Center, in Burlington, VT. Born in Malone, NY, October 8, 1950, he was the son of the late Earl and Beverly Goodrich Slyman. Earl enjoyed his friends and caretakers at Citizens Advocates. He was comforted by listening to country music. Survivors include one brother, Donald Slyman of Lyon Mountain, NY; one sister-in-law, Cindy Slyman of Fort Covington, NY; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and William Proper of Cooks Corners, NY, and Tammy Slyman and her companion, Dave of Brushton, NY, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, David Slyman. Calling Hours will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021, from 10 until 11 am., at the Bruso-Desnoyers Funeral Home, in Malone, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am, in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Thomas Kornmeyer officiating. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Red Cross.
