Obituary of Dawne I. Moore

~Dawne I. Moore, 87, of Malone, NY., passed away late Tuesday night, July 4, 2017, at The Alice Center, in Malone, NY. She had been a resident there since June 15.
   Born in Ellenburgh Depot, NY., November 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel Blair Moore. She attended local schools.
   For more than twenty nine years, Dawne was employed by Raymond Street Daycare. She later provided daycare for Malone Central Schools at Davis School.
   She enjoyed bowling, travel, walking, volunteering at the Franklin County Nursing Home and being a foster grandparent.
   Survivors include one brother, Richard Moore of Ellenburgh Depot, NY., two sisters, Elsie Oliver of Malone, NY., and Hazel Veivia of Schenectady, NY., and several nieces and nephews.
   Along with her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Maurice Moore in 2009 and William “Joe” Moore in 2015 and Hollis Moore in 2017.
   There are no calling hours. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Sheldon Hill Cemetery, in Ellenburgh Depot, NY.
   Donations may be made in her memory to the Malone Adult Center or to the Ellenburgh Depot Wesleyan Church.
