Obituary of Marsha A. Cunningham

Marsha A. Cunningham, 64, of Westville, NY., passed away peacefully, Sunday afternoon, January 29, 2017, at her home, while under the loving care of her family and Hospice of the North Country, Inc. Born in Malone, NY., September 24, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Marjorie Avery Reynolds. She graduated from Salmon River Central School, in Fort Covington, NY., in 1969. On October 14, 1967, she was united in marriage to William A. Cunningham, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, in Constable, NY. He survives. Many years ago, Marsha was employed by Tru-Stitch Footwear in Malone, NY., she later worked in the kitchen of the William Mansion Nursing Home, in Malone, and lastly, she was employed at the Grace and Allen Smoke Shop, in Hogansburg, NY. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church, in Constable, NY. She enjoyed going to the Casino, sewing, camping and spending precious times with her grandchildren. Along with her husband, William, she is survived by one son, Ralph Cunningham and his companion, Violet Lefebvre of Westville, NY., one daughter, Leslie Cunningham of Massena, NY., three sisters and brothers in law, Diane and Glenn Stark of Manassas, VA., Carol and Brian Cartier, of Westville, NY., and Cindy and Jay Tremblay of Fort Covington, NY., three grandchildren, Steven Latulipe of Fort Covington, NY., and Rachael and Reece Cunningham both of Westville, NY., and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one sister, Patricia Fountain. Calling hours will be Friday from 9-11 a.m., at St. Francis of Assisi Church, in Constable, NY., A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Thomas Kornmeyer officiating.
