This wonderful woman and her sweetheart of a husband took to my daughter when she was about 5. My parents were Paul and Kathleen Burgess and we all knew Whitey and Dorothy well. I live in Saranac Lake and have for almost 30 years so I just found out that both of these great people have passed. I will miss him at the fair this year and her and him at bingo. I loved them both and am at least glad that they are together again as they always were. Prayers to the family of them both.

I am so sorry to hear about Dorothy. I would always go see them when I would go up and visit my mom. My dad thought the world of Whitey, and when my dad passed, they were both there to help my mom. I just lost my mom too so I know what you're going through. My thoughts are with you.
